Training Overview
The IP Office training course is designed to provide basic system Administration training on the Avaya IP Office phone and voicemail systems. This training includes the proper use of the Avaya IP Office Manager Application for the programming and administration of the IP Office core system. Also included is training on the Embedded Voicemail and/or Voicemail Pro Client software for the Avaya Voicemail Pro solution. This training will assist in preparing the companies system administrator with the necessary knowledge for day-to-day activities managing the Avaya IP Office telephone system. After completing training, users should be able to:
- Access the IP Office Manager software for system changes and Add, Moves and User Changes
- Create and use Hunt Groups
- Route incoming calls to Users and endpoints
- Build Auto Attendants through Embedded Messaging and Voicemail Pro
- Find and change user voicemail box passwords
- Time of Day and Holiday tables for use in Open/Closed and Holiday routing
Time for Q&A and review is provided at the end of the course. We will train at your location for groups of 1 to 200.
