Training Overview

This class will supply an introduction to the Avaya Communication Manager and it's Call Center functionality. Avaya has the 'Best of Breed' Call Center application, and is used world wide by companies of all sizes and industries. Primarily for customers using the Avaya CMS reporting package, this class can also be tailored to meet your individual Call Center needs.

Time for Q&A and review is provided at the end of the course. We will train at your location for groups of 1 to 200.
