and professional services requirements. Founded in 1994 and
incorporated in 2000, we have continually expanded our operations
in support of a growing market for Avaya products.

ten years, Assist Tel-Com invested in, and developed, a core
group of expert Software Consultants, Project Managers, Professional

Facilities
With our headquarters in Pleasanton, California Assist Tel-com
is able to provide fast, effective, on-site customer service
to San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Sacramento and Northern
California and Nevada.
We maintain an in-house lab equipped with
the latest Avaya hardware and software. Our training facilities
allow our staff to maintain the highest level of proficiency
with current communication technology.
