For new installations, Assist Tel-Com will include End-Uers training as part of the project pricing. Additionally, we can come to your site and train you end users on the use of:
Training topics to be covered are:
- Voicemail
- Button use
- Recording greetings and messages
- Headset usage
- Transfer/Conferencing via phone
- Review of phone system functions
