For new installations, Assist Tel-Com will include End-Uers training as part of the project pricing. Additionally, we can come to your site and train you end users on the use of:

Training topics to be covered are:

  • Voicemail
  • Button use
  • Recording greetings and messages
  • Headset usage
  • Transfer/Conferencing via phone
  • Review of phone system functions

We can also custom tailor a training program to your end user, please contact us for a proposal and outline.
