The Avaya Video Telephony Solution (AVTS) makes video communication as simple as a phone call, by integrating Polycom video capability with Avaya IP Telephony. The solution provides both point-to-point and multi-point video, and leverages the presence and instant messaging features of Avaya one-X Communicator and IP Softphone. AVTS delivers improved collaboration for real-time decision making in the office, at home, or on the road.

Product Details:

Desktop Video
Allows users to place a voice call with Avaya one-X Communicator and IP Softphone and then add video appearing on each users PC with the click of a button. Audio can be delivered to the PC or to the enterprise desk phone. Unified audio/video features include call, transfer, forward, 6-party conference, hold, mute, call coverage.
Office & Conference Room Video
Enables users to quickly launch a voice and video call using an Avaya-enabled Polycom HDX Telepresence, VSX or V series system. Unified audio/video features include call, transfer, forward, 6-party conference, hold, mute, call coverage.
Multipoint Video
Provides voice and video conferencing for users in multiple locations by leveraging Avaya Meeting Exchange Video or an Avaya-enabled Polycom RMX or MGC Multipoint Control Units (MCU).
Branch & Remote Ste Video
Delivers seamless voice and video conferencing with users outside the corporate firewall with an Avaya-enabled Polycom VBP video proxy.
