Assist Tel-Com Installation Warranty

Specified Warranty Period

The "Specified Warranty Period" is twelve (12) months for Hardware, beginning on the In- Service Date for Assist Tel-Com-installed Hardware and ninety (90) days for Software, beginning on the In-Service Date for Assist Tel-Com -installed Software.

Warranty Procedures and Remedies

If a Product does not conform to the warranty above, the End User shall notify Assist Tel-Com within the applicable warranty period, describing how the Product failed to be in conformance. Assist Tel-Com will repair or replace the nonconforming Product, on a best effort basis, during normal business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding Assist Tel-Com Holidays.

Specified Warranty Period

The "Specified Warranty Period" is one (1) year for Labor and five (5) years for Parts, beginning on the In-Service Date for Assist Tel-Com -installed Hardware. Software warranty is ninety (90) days, beginning on the In-Service Date for Assist Tel-Com -installed Software.

 

NOTE: Customers who do not purchase the 5 YEAR Warranty, will get standard 1 YEAR Warranty, which is parts and labor.
